As majority of our stock are either bespoke or very limited quantities we only accept the return of damaged stock e.g upon delivery.
Initially we ask that you send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org detailing the issue and photos of the damage; once this has been assessed we will ask you to send this item back to us; initially to keep the process as short as possible the purchaser is required to pay the return postage. Once we have received and inspected the item we will either send out the replacement (if requested) or will issue a full refund including the postage paid (proof of postage will be required)
Please allow 7 days for us to process your return. Returns for refund will be credited back to the original form of payment.
All return requests must be given within 7 days from the delivery date.
